I’ve been looking forward to this one for the entire series. I’m a huge Star Trek nerd, and First Contact is a highlight of the franchise.  It was great to revisit this classic entry, just to see if it holds up.  Trav and Sean are sci-fi fans, so I also enjoyed their insights.  Best of all:  Tay is a newcomer to Trek, and he has some…colorful opinions.

To pair with this flick, we’re sticking with our theme of summertime wines.  That means lots of whites and rosés–anything you can chill is essential.  Although, I do plan on mixing in two chillable reds really soon.

For this bottle, we enjoy Vielles Vignes–an Auxerrois from the Alsace region of France.  It’s an uncommon white grape from an incredible region.  To learn more, click here!
